That lifelong obsession with storms turned into HailTrace, a company built on turning chaos into clarity. What started as one guy chasing weather grew into the industry’s leading weather consulting business, trusted by roofing and restoration pros across the country.
Derik’s passion for storms is matched only by his commitment to helping others succeed. He believes the right information, shared at the right time, can change a business — and he’s made it his mission to deliver that every day.
